With thousands watching the parade, the Lucas Oil's sponsored Special Events Corvette Pace Car leads the 15th annual Collingwood Elvis Festival Parade. Riding in the car is the former Canadian Grand Champion and World Champion Elvis Tribute Artist (ETA), David Lee from Birmingham, Alabama.
