Lucas 'PLUS' Racing Oils contain extra additives above and beyond the additive package found in ordinary racing oils. We have developed a line of premium racing oils to meet the needs of all race engines from 6000hp Top Fuel monsters to small single cylinder applications. The different grades available mean that there will always be an oil to meet your needs. The 20/50+ was developed and perfected through three years of track testing to specifically reduce heat and subsequent wear in short track NASCAR racing, and also became the oil of choice for many crew chiefs in the TOP ALCOHOL division of NHRA and IHRA. The user can expect high lubricity, lower oil temperature (up to 40° F) and a stronger protective additive film that stands up to racing fuel dilution at least 50% longer than other racing oils. The 50+ is a bulletproof formula that protects components like no other 50 wt possibly can. Complete with special lubricity agents, anti-wear agents and heat dispersants. Excellent resistance to fuel dilution. The 70+ was especially developed to protect Top Fuel engines. This was tested extensively on the 1996 NHRA circuit and every crew who used it claimed it to the "BEST". 70 PLUS resists fuel dilution like no other oil possibly can, and it allows you to maintain oil pressure from one end of the track to the other. If you're into "NITRO" you definitely need to be into LUCAS 70 PLUS. Of course, you can also add Heavy Duty Stabilizer to tailor the blend to your specific need. These oils are also excellent for everyday passenger car applications (please check your manufacturers recommended oil grade).
